Valiano Biosciences Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with experience in PCD pharmaceutical purchasing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring high-quality pharmaceutical products from reliable vendors while ensuring cost efficiency and timely availability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate reliable PCD pharmaceutical manufacturers and suppliers
- Handle end-to-end procurement processes including vendor selection, price negotiation, and order placement
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent supply and quality
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams for demand planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in procurement
- Compare quotations and finalize the best purchasing decisions based on quality, price, and delivery timelines
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase records, invoices, and contracts





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in PCD pharmaceutical purchasing is highly preferred
- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical products and market trends
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic procurement software/tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Experience:

- 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement, specifically in PCD segment
