- Job Description
- Develop new business opportunities for industrial laser and automation products.
- Identify and visit potential customers, understand their applications, and suggest suitable technical solutions.
- Handle sales inquiries, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into orders.
- Prepare product presentations, quotations, proposals, and techno-commercial offers.
- Coordinate with the design, application, production, and service teams for customer requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical discussions, and customer visits.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Understand customer applications in industries such as automotive, pharmaceutical, sheet metal, electronics, machine tools, aerospace, packaging, medical, and related sectors.
- Track sales pipeline, update enquiry status, and maintain CRM or sales records.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including site visits and machine acceptance coordination when required.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery,



and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Participate in exhibitions, customer meetings, and marketing activities as needed.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and new business opportunities.Required Skills
- Strong technical understanding of industrial machinery and automation products.
- Positive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and machine applications.
- Customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
