Job description:

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

- MA (English) with B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience as an English Teacher (preferably at Primary or Middle School level).
- Key Skills:
- Strong command over written and spoken English.
- Excellent classroom management and lesson delivery skills.
- Ability to design creative teaching methods that make learning engaging.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach core language skills—reading, writing, grammar, literature, and communication—in a creative and interactive manner.
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the prescribed curriculum and school standards.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through classwork, assignments, tests,
- Integrate technology and up-to-date teaching aids into classroom instruction for effective learning.
- Encourage participation in co-curricular activities like debates, dramatics, elocution, essay competitions, etc.
