We are seeking a Civil Engineer for our Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) high-rise housing project. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential high-rise experience and has successfully completed at least one government project. You will manage the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with government guidelines, strict quality standards, and structural safety codes.

Key Responsibilities

- PMAY Compliance: Monitor work to ensure total alignment with PMAY guidelines, technical parameters, and government audit requirements.
- High-Rise Execution: Oversee high-rise structural milestones including shuttering, concreting, and finishing works.
- Government Liaison: Manage documentation, progress reporting, and inspections for government bodies and third-party quality monitors.
- Billing & Billing Liaison: Prepare, verify, and submit running account (RA)



bills to government departments for timely fund release.

Job Qualifications

- Experience Requirement: Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise residential construction.
- Track Record: Proven success in completing at least one government construction project from inception to handover.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in high-rise construction methodologies, structural drawings, and safety protocols.
- Software Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or similar project management tools for scheduling and tracking.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
