Job Description:
Contracts & Liaisoning
Ø Making contracts, finalising commercial terms with consent of Head of Exports
Ø Renewal of Old Licenses and obtaining Recent Licenses from relevant authorities.
Ø Clearance of excise, advance license and export incentives.
Costing & Commercial
Ø Should be able to identify high- and low-end cost areas based on economies of scale
Ø Assist the Head Exports in client cost control based on direct, indirect and overhead costs.
Ø Calculate buffers, contingencies, margins for any emerging issues in design / execution
Ø Calculate project expenditure from time to time
Ø Make profitability analysis
MIS
Ø Prepare daily / weekly MIS on costs, financials, & client wise P&L; and present the status to the Head of Exports
Relationship Management with Govt bodies
Ø Maintain excellent relationships with the Statutory Authorities and ensure zero delay
Ø Ensure smooth processing
Ø Keep abreast on the recent rules and regulations from them.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
