We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our international tax preparation team. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to build a career in finance and international business operations. You will be a vital link between our teams in India and the United States, ensuring that tax data is processed accurately and efficiently during the busy US tax season.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurate Data Entry: Inputting financial information and tax data into specialized software with high precision.
- International Collaboration: Coordinating daily with team members in both India and the US to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Client Interaction: Communicating directly with English-speaking clients to clarify information or request missing documentation.
- Quality Control: Using critical thinking to identify discrepancies or errors in financial documents before they are processed.
- Documentation: Maintaining organized digital records of all client communications and data entries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- English Proficiency: Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)



with the confidence to speak directly with US-based clients.
- Technical Literacy: Strong experience with computers, including fast and accurate typing skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Critical Thinking: The ability to look beyond the numbers, spot patterns, and solve problems independently.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills for working within a diverse, global team setting.

Work Schedule

This role follows the US Tax Calendar and work times

- MANDATORY Night Shift. Working hours are approximately 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
