Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure the achievement of organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, streamlining operational processes, driving productivity, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance Management  Lead, supervise, and motivate operational teams to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.  Set clear performance goals, KPIs, and accountability measures for team members.  Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training initiatives to enhance team effectiveness.  Foster a culture of discipline, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Operations Management  Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.



 Develop and implement operational processes, policies, and best practices to improve productivity and service quality.  Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.  Ensure timely execution of customer orders and coordination between sales, procurement, logistics, and accounts teams.

Process Improvement & Compliance  Analyze operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency.  Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments.  Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.  Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management  Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of business activities.  Address customer concerns and operational issues proactively to maintain high service standards.  Build strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Reporting & Analysis  Track and analyze operational metrics, team productivity, and performance indicators.  Prepare periodic reports on operations, team performance,



and process improvements for management review.  Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business growth and decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills Education  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience  Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, administration, supply chain, or a related field.  At least 2 years of experience managing teams and driving performance.

Technical Skills  Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, MS Office, and operational reporting tools.  Robust understanding of process management and performance tracking. Soft Skills  Strong leadership and people management abilities.  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.  Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.  Results-oriented with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and team performance.
