Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, and chat support.
- Provide accurate information and assistance related to insurance services.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a professional approach.
- Maintain and update customer interaction records in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
- Deliver a positive customer experience and maintain service quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
