Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting end-to-end supply chain operations including material planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, and logistics to ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in compliance with GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with production, warehouse, QA/QC for material planning
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Track purchase orders and delivery schedules
- Support procurement and vendor coordination activities
- Maintain accurate records in ERP system (SAP preferred)
- Ensure timely dispatch and inward of materials
- Follow GMP/GDP and regulatory compliance requirements

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of supply chain in pharma industry




- ERP (SAP preferred)
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of GMP/GDP

Qualification:

B.Pharm / B.Sc / B.Com / Diploma in Supply Chain or related field

Experience:

3–5 years in pharma supply chain / logistics / warehouse / procurement support
