Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced US IT & Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates for both IT and Non-IT positions across the United States. The recruiter should have robust experience working with direct clients, implementation partners, and various job portals.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
- Recruit for both IT and Non-IT positions across various industries.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate technical and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation, employment terms, and onboarding details.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Work closely with account managers, sales teams, and clients to understand hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely submissions while meeting client quality standards.
- Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).




- Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.

Required Skills

- Experience in US Staffing (IT & Non-IT Recruitment).
- Good understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.
- Knowledge of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp.
- Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS.
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals and social media.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5+ years of experience in US Staffing.
- Experience recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
- Strong understanding of US employment and hiring practices.

Preferred Technologies (IT Recruitment)

- Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Engineering, AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce, Cybersecurity, QA, Business Analyst, Project Manager, and ERP technologies.
