Accounts & Finance Executive
Location: Surat (Work From Office)
About the Role
We are looking for an Accounts & Finance Executive with 3–5 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally Prime and Zoho Books.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
- Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and customer collections.
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory filings.
- Prepare MIS reports and support budgeting and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes through automation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA / CA Final Dropout.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Payroll, PF, ESIC, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and MS Excel.
- Positive analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience in a SaaS, IT, or Service-based company.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, MIS reporting, budgeting, and audits.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Zoho Zia is an added advantage.
