- Design & Planning: Create detailed layouts for HVAC, lighting, power distribution, and plumbing systems.
- Coordination: Collaborate with architects and structural teams to integrate systems and avoid site conflicts.
- Installation & Supervision: Oversee system installation in office to ensure compliance with plans and regulations.
- System Testing: Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and test systems (e.g., HVAC testing, fire alarms).
- Documentation: Prepare technical reports, material approvals (MARs), and updated shop drawings.
