Job Summary

A reputed client of Chemprocess Solutions is seeking a proactive and technically competent Civil Engineer to supervise, coordinate, and execute civil construction and maintenance activities at industrial projects. The candidate will ensure work quality, safety, timely completion, and compliance with client specifications and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise civil construction activities including foundations, RCC, structural works, roads, drains, paving, and industrial buildings.

Monitor contractor performance, manpower, and work progress.

Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Prepare quantity estimates, BOQs, material requisitions, and progress reports.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Monitor safety practices and ensure adherence to HSE requirements.

Verify measurements, bills, and contractor work completion.

Maintain daily site records, DPRs,



and documentation.

Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during project execution.

Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

0–4years of experience in industrial construction, chemical plants, refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, or infrastructure projects.

Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered for junior positions.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of RCC, structural steel, foundations, and industrial civil works.

Ability to read engineering drawings and construction layouts.

Familiarity with IS Codes and industrial construction standards.

Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of quantity surveying and billing is desirable.
