Unlike general operations, this role acts as the "nerve center," using specialized monitoring software to detect, diagnose, and resolve machine downtime and connectivity issues instantly. - Real-Time Surveillance: Monitor the ATM network 24/7 using central monitoring systems (e.g., Base24, Gasper, NCR Vision) to identify offline machines, hardware faults, and screen errors. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Incident Management: Create, track, and close trouble tickets for hardware failures, network drops, and power outages. [1, 2, 3]

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
