Job Summary
We are looking for Architects with 0-3 years of work experience to join our growing team. You will be involved in all phases of Architecture/ Interior Design work in a diverse range of projects.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Assist the lead architect in developing concept designs, conducting space planning and massing exercises along with volumetric analysis.
- Prepare design presentations during various stages of client meetings.
- Develop architectural/ interior design and prepare detailed drawing sets as per the standards, bill of quantities and specifications.
- Attend regular meetings with clients, consultants and in-house teams. Conduct site visits to brief the project team, supervise work and prepare site reports.
- Coordinate with service consultants, material vendors and contractors for project related communication.

- Experience of working on small to mid scale architectural and interior designs projects from concept level till completion.
- Ability to conceptualise design and communicate it effectively through presentation, sketches and other relevant methods.
- Should have experience of developing design, complete set of working drawings and construction documents.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Enscape / Vray, Photoshop and Microsoft Office. Hands on experience of Revit platform will be an advantage.
- Should have strong verbal communication skills to attend and represent the company in client/project meetings.
- Quality and delivery focused individual with sense of responsibility and ability to work in a self-sufficient manner

Education-

UG: B.Arch

PG: Post Graduation Not Required

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
