-Prospect and acquire new clients through targeted outreach efforts such as calls, emails, and networking events, with a specific focus on DMAT account openings.
-Educate clients on the perks of DMAT accounts and assist them in completing necessary paperwork and documentation.
-Maintain a thorough understanding of DMAT account opening procedures, compliance guidelines, and regulatory changes affecting the capital markets industry.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account opening processes and resolve any client queries or issues promptly.
-Document all client interactions and account opening procedures accurately in CRM systems or designated platforms.
-Follow up with clients to provide updates on their account opening status and address any additional inquiries they may have.
-Actively identify opportunities to cross-sell other financial products and services offered by the firm to enhance client relationships and increase revenue.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred.
-Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the financial services industry and specifically in DMAT account openings.
-Strong understanding of DMAT account procedures, regulatory requirements, and capital markets products.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
-Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
