We are a rapid-growing Influencer Digital Marketing company specializing in Influencer Marketing, Brand Collaborations, Media Solutions, Digital Campaigns, and Content Marketing. We partner with leading brands and creators to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns.

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our client base across Bengaluru by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Mandatory Industry Experience

Candidates must have prior Business Development/Sales experience in any one of the following industries:

- Media Industry
- Press / Print Media
- Television (TV) Industry
- Broadcasting
- Digital Media
- Advertising Agency
- Influencer Marketing Agency
- Marketing & Brand Solutions

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B business opportunities through field sales and networking.
- Meet with brands, corporate clients, startups, advertising agencies, and marketing decision-makers across Bengaluru.
- Present influencer marketing, digital media, and branding solutions.
- Identify client requirements and recommend customized marketing campaigns.
- Prepare business proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.




- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with campaign, creative, and influencer teams for seamless project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.

Candidate Requirements

- Mandatory experience in Media, Press, Television, Broadcasting, Advertising, Digital Media, or Influencer Marketing industry.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru for client meetings.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.
