Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who will be responsible for managing customer interactions, reviewing credit reports, coordinating with banks and CIBIL, and ensuring timely resolution of customer credit-related issues
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze customer credit reports to identify discrepancies and errors. Coordinate with banks and CIBIL via email for dispute resolution and rectification of credit report issues.
- Communicate with customers over phone calls to provide updates and gather required information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update internal trackers regularly.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and timely resolution of cases.
- Manage documentation, verify submissions, and oversee rectification workflows.
- Follow up with customers, banks, and internal teams until issues are resolved.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and maintain confidentiality of customer information

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
