Duration: 3 Months Internship

15,000/month stipend

10,000 variable incentive (performance-based)

Full-Time Opportunity:

Successful interns may receive a full-time offer with a CTC of 3-6 LPA based on performance.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Associate (Intern), you will generate leads, engage prospective customers, and convert them into enrollments in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to prospects via calls and digital channels.





Identify and qualify leads.

Explain products/services to customers. Build and maintain client relationships.

Follow up consistently to drive conversions.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.

Eligibility Criteria:

Good communication skills (English; Telugu preferred).

Interest in sales, marketing, or business development.

Self-motivated and proactive.

Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.

Working Details:

6 working days per week.

Timings: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM.
