Job Summary

We are hiring a detail-oriented Mutual Fund Operations Executive to support daily mutual fund operations, transaction processing, reconciliations, and fund accounting activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Process mutual fund transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, SIPs, STPs, SWPs, and switches.
- Perform trade settlements and coordinate with custodians, AMCs, and internal teams.
- Support daily NAV calculation, validation, and portfolio valuation.
- Reconcile cash, holdings, transactions, and NAV with internal systems and custodians.
- Maintain investor records, fund data, and operational documentation.
- Prepare MIS, audit reports, and regulatory reports.
- Identify and resolve transaction discrepancies.




- Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and internal policies.
- Support internal and external audits.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in mutual fund operations, fund accounting, or investment operations.
- Basic knowledge of NAV, reconciliations, settlements, and mutual fund processes.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
