Role: AI/ML Engineer

Location: Mumbai / Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

- Build, train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.
- Develop AI-driven predictive and recommendation systems for career counselling, adaptive mock testing, ERP reporting, and intelligent business automation.
- Design and implement personalized recommendation engines for career paths, courses, colleges, and learning resources.
- Build Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions for resume/CV screening, sentiment analysis, complaint classification, and intelligent search.
- Develop Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.
- Create adaptive assessment and performance analytics systems for competitive exam preparation platforms.
- Build AI-powered reporting and decision-support systems for HR, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Facility Management.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and inference.
- Deploy AI models as scalable APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
- Integrate AI services with ERP modules, web applications, mobile apps, and workflow automation systems.
- Train and fine-tune custom models rather than relying solely on third-party APIs.
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and perform hyperparameter tuning and optimization.
- Implement ML Ops practices using Docker, ML flow, Apache Airflow, and Amazon SageMaker.
- Build intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants for student guidance, customer support, and enterprise use cases.
- Collaborate with product, engineering,



and business teams to convert requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Work independently and take ownership of features from concept, prototyping, and experimentation to production deployment.

Required Skills:

- 1-3 years of experience in Machine Learning / Data Science / AI model development. Proficiency in Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and one deep learning framework (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of algorithms like regression, classification, clustering, time-series forecasting, and NLP models.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Familiar with Flask / FastAPI for model deployment and SQL / NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of business domains like operations, finance, or workforce analytics. Good to Have Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, MLflow, Airflow, or AWS Sagemaker).
- Hands-on with IoT / sensor data, predictive maintenance, or facility operations data. Knowledge of vector databases and embedding-based search systems.
