We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Guest Service Associate (GSA) – F&B; Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional dining experiences by delivering courteous, prompt, and professional service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and escort guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and assist guests with food and beverage selections.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen promptly.
- Serve food and beverages according to the hotel's service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns professionally.
- Set up and clear tables before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service stations, and dining areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle billing and payment procedures accurately when required.
- Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearance.




- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Support team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- 0–2 years of experience in F&B; Service (Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Well-groomed appearance and skilled attitude.
