MCI India is looking for energetic self-driven Event Promoter to join us as freelancers for an exciting 2-month multi-city project If you re someone who loves energetic event environments up for travel have experience in event operations logistics thrives on coordination and brings strong organizational time-management and communication skills we want to hear from you Share your details and we ll schedule the next round of discussions This is an urgent requirement for us and we are meeting potential candidates for this if you are keen please apply for this share your profile and details at (phone hidden) Project Duration - 2 months Starting from - 5th Jan 2026 till End March Campaign Type - Multicity Starts from Delhi and will cover major cities within India Travel Mode - By Road via Campaign Bus Volvo and a Tempo Traveller which will accompany to all cities Accommodation Meal - On the go in hotels as per the planned route for the team on the bus This will be managed by the company Training and Brief on Project - Before the road show begins there will be a briefing given to the entire team travelling for the project Travel - Person will be travelling continuously for 2 months with the customized bus Male Promoters Event-Experienced Engage with visitors and audiences at each city stop Assist with on-ground event management crowd handling and client interaction Support the technical team in setting up and maintaining the experience zone inside the bus Handle all technical aspects inside the bus including TVs LED panels networking systems and electrical components Conduct pre-event technical checks at each city Troubleshoot any AV or power issues during operations Coordinate with backend technical vendors for maintenance or replacements when required Represent the client in a professional manner and ensure brand visibility standards are maintained Job Type Freelance Contract length 2 months Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
