Team Lead- Data OPS Would you like to be part of a team that delivers high-quality support to our customers Would you like the opportunity to learn cutting-edge administrative skills About our Team The Customer Data Operations C-DOT team is part of the Customer Service and Order to Cash Enablement division This team is responsible for providing efficient timely and accurate service to Elsevier stakeholders in validation creation and maintenance of organization customer accounts About the Role The role of the Team Lead Data OPS is to work as an integral leader of the Customer Service and Order to Cash department by providing outstanding customer experience to our internal and external customers ResponsibilitiesLead the C-DOT team to ensure accounts are created and maintained promptly and accurately supporting consistent customer experience Empower members by providing knowledge reducing bureaucracy and streamlining access to information and contacts needed for optimal service and performance Guide team members to build strategic thinking for their market or customer group Track customer satisfaction and find ways to improve queries processes or policies Advocate for enhancements within Operations and with Stakeholders Integrate the customer service excellence program into daily operations Deliver excellent customer service by leading teams to resolve issues and drive improvements Quickly investigate and address escalations Hold regular meetings to share information and improve mutual understanding of processes and procedures Understands C-DOT ECH Enterprise Customer Hub strategy and communicates actionable deliverables to the team Communicates effectively with team members peers functional managers and stakeholders Sales Data Stewards ECH team Requirements5 years of experience in Master Data Management MDM or customer data plus people management required Strong analytical and process engineering skills including data compilation and analysis Demonstrated success in customer service and order-to-cash environments Proven leadership mentoring and excellent people management abilities Skilled in project management and motivating teams during change Organized self-driven and able to work independently Critical thinking and problem-solving skills able to evaluate information and draw conclusions for business decisions Familiarity with Academic Health Corporate or Government sectors is a plus Work in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work life balance across the organisation We offer an appealing working prospect for our people With numerous wellbeing initiatives shared parental leave study assistance and sabbaticals we will help you meet your immediate responsibilities and your long-term goals Working remotely from home or in our office in a flexible hybrid pattern Working flexible hours -
