Key Responsibilities Plan schedule and execute dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of goods Coordinate with warehouse production sales and logistics teams for order fulfillment Assign and monitor delivery routes and transport resources Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status Maintain accurate dispatch documentation such as invoices gate passes and delivery notes Resolve any issues or delays in dispatch or delivery operations Monitor vehicle usage fuel consumption and transport compliance Communicate with transporters and negotiate freight rates when required Maintain dispatch logs and generate daily weekly monthly reports Ensure safety quality and compliance with dispatch and transportation regulations Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
