Company - Dhanvanthri Engineering Pvt Ltd Mahape Department - Design Location - Mhape Job Title Design Head Hierarch Reporting Manger CEO Sub-ordinates Design team Design Estimation team Functional link - DEPL Sales team Electrical Controls Automation team Project Management team Design Estimation team Installation Commissioning team Responsibilities Product Design Plan for designing GA Assembly part drawings technical specifications and BOM for multiple projects with the time line Review the Technical details of various equipment s of Order received and seek clarification Get the GA drawing made and get approval from customer through sales team Participate in FAT as per specs Standardize equipment designs Monitor team to maintain design records ensure version control data availability data security and reliability Review design for optimizing the production cost Co-ordinate with cross functional team for enhancing team productivity Lead motivate and develop team for self and organisational growth Material Selection Ensure proper material selection to meet durability cost and performance requirements New Product Development NPD Focus on new product development for various segment such as Automobile Soap Detergent Food processing warehouse automation bulk handling etc Develop Prototype with desired performance Study the trend in various segment for New Product Development Customer Feedback Integration Work with the customer support and sales teams to integrate customer feedback into product improvements Design Testing Validation Oversee the testing and validation process for new products to ensure they meet performance standards before production Design Innovation Foster a culture of innovation in design by exploring new technologies materials and manufacturing methods Education Degree in mechanical engineering Experience 8-10 years experience in design estimation New product development in material handling industry 4 - 5 years experience in conveyor automation industry will be preferred Desired Experience Project Lifecycle Experience Extensive experience in managing the entire project lifecycle from concept design to final execution and delivery Cross-Industry Exposure Experience working with a variety of industries such as automotive food processing defence and warehouse management Competency Specific skill Knowledge Design throughput analysis knowledge knowledge of AutoCAD 3 D modelling software etc MS office Ability to lead team of engineers Basic understanding of control automation Technical detailing presentation skills Good written and verbal communication Project Management Skills Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and coordination across teams Knowledge of Material Handling Systems In-depth understanding of material handling systems automation processes and their integration Leadership Conflict Resolution Ability to manage team dynamics and resolve conflicts effectively ensuring smooth team collaboration Familiarity with Industry 4 0 Technologies Customer-Centric Mindset Ability to understand and address customer requirements translating them into actionable design and estimation solutions Problem-Solving Ability to quickly diagnose issues and implement effective solutions during the design and development phases Collaboration Teamwork Ability to work cross-functionally with teams from different departments e g sales production procurement Adaptability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and customer demands CTC xx - xx LPA Note - Nearby candidates will be preferred or Ready to daily travel in Vashi location Proposed Industry Conveyor system Engineering Material Handling Automation Job Type Full time Pay 90 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
