Company Secretary and Compliance officer Location Kalbadevi Key Responsibilities 1 Regulatory Statutory Compliances Ensure timely compliance under the Companies Act 2013 SEBI Regulations and Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements LODR Prepare and file necessary forms returns disclosures and submissions with the Registrar of Companies ROC SEBI and Stock Exchanges 2 Board Committee Shareholder Meetings Plan convene and document Board Meetings Committee Meetings Audit Nomination Remuneration CSR etc and AGM EGM Draft notices agendas notes to agenda resolutions and minutes in accordance with regulatory requirements Maintain and update all statutory registers records and minute books 3 Liaison Coordination Liaise with regulatory authorities stock exchanges Registrar Share Transfer Agent RTA NSDL CDSL statutory auditors and other stakeholders Handle queries communications and compliance-related correspondence efficiently 4 Governance Documentation Ensure the company adheres to good corporate governance practices Maintain accurate and updated documentation compliance trackers and internal controls to support audit and regulatory review Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in listed company compliances is mandatory Solid knowledge of Companies Act SEBI Regulations LODR and applicable corporate laws Excellent drafting skills attention to detail and familiarity with e-filing platforms MCA NSE BSE portals SEBI systems Strong communication coordination and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple compliance timelines in a fast-paced environment Job Type Full-time Pay 700 000 00 - 900 000 00 per year
