We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Engineer with 4-7 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance methodologies process control root-cause analysis and continuous improvement This role ensures that products consistently meet internal standards customer requirements and industry regulations Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain quality control processes inspection plans and testing procedures to ensure product compliance Conduct in-process and final inspections using measurement tools gauges and testing equipment Lead root cause analysis RCA investigations for product defects and process deviations Work closely with production engineering and supply chain teams to address non-conformities and ensure corrective preventive actions CAPA are implemented effectively Review and update quality documentation including SOPs work instructions control plans and inspection standards Perform statistical process control SPC analysis and prepare quality trend reports to monitor process capability and performance Participate in internal and external audits Support supplier quality activities including incoming material inspection and evaluating supplier quality performance Train production staff on quality concepts inspection techniques and company quality requirements Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects improve product reliability and enhance operational efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related field 4-7 years of experience in quality control quality assurance or process engineering within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies Proficiency with measurement instruments calipers micrometers CMM gauges Experience with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems Solid understanding of engineering drawings GD T and manufacturing processes Excellent communication problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills Job Type Full-time Pay From 22 000 00 per month Advantages Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
