Position Overview We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our dynamic team This role is perfect for an individual looking to balance work with other commitments while contributing to a variety of exciting architectural projects The ideal candidate will have a passion for design robust technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our team and clients Key Responsibilities Design Development Collaborate with clients and team members to create and develop architectural designs that meet project requirements and client expectations Concept Designs Generating Hand sketches on concepts based on the requirements of the clients Project Documentation Prepare detailed drawings models and presentations using various design software and tools Site Analysis Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and ensure designs are practical and feasible Coordination Work closely with engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure designs are accurately executed and adhere to project timelines Compliance Ensure all designs comply with local building codes regulations and sustainability standards Client Interaction Present design concepts and progress updates to clients incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture or related field Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure preferred Proficiency in architectural design software e g AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Prior experience in architectural design or a related field is a must Working Hours Full Time Position with Flexible hours Compensation Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Work from home Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Architecture Design 3 years Preferred Sketchup 2 years Preferred Concept Sketching 2 years Preferred Willingness to travel 50 Preferred Work Location In person
