Job Title Project Site Manager Supervisor Location JAMNAGAR GUJARAT Salary 35 000 - 45 000 per month Employment Type Full-time Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in Reliance projects-Logistics and Heavy Vehicle Hiring Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Site Manager to oversee and manage on-site project activities ensuring timely execution quality standards and safety compliance The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on Reliance projects and be capable of leading site operations efficiently from start to finish Key Responsibilities Plan coordinate and supervise all in office project activities Manage daily site operations to ensure timely completion of work as per schedule and specifications Lead and coordinate site teams subcontractors and suppliers Ensure strict adherence to Reliance site safety standards and quality procedures Monitor material usage manpower deployment and work progress Conduct site meetings prepare progress reports and communicate updates to the Project Manager Resolve technical or operational issues at the site promptly Maintain good relations with client representatives consultants and inspection teams Ensure proper documentation and handover of completed works Qualifications and Experience Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Civil Mechanical Electrical or other relevant field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project site management preferably with Reliance project exposure Strong knowledge of project planning execution and coordination Excellent leadership communication and team management skills Sound understanding of safety quality and compliance standards Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools Core Competencies Leadership and decision-making ability Strong organizational and planning skills Quality and safety focus Effective problem-solving and communication Client and stakeholder management Contact Detail (phone hidden) PRIYA DAS Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
