Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to guide students in enrolling for coaching programs CAT CLAT IPM CUET Judiciary etc and help them achieve their academic goals Key Responsibilities Counsel students and families on suitable courses and programs Assist in admissions including course selection and fee explanation Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments Maintain records of inquiries applications and conversions Build relationships to ensure a positive counselling experience and retention Stay updated on exams course offerings and admission timelines Share feedback on student concerns and market trends with management Skills Qualifications min 1 year of academic counselling experience preferably in competitive exams Bachelor s degree preferably in education psychology or business Strong communication counseling and problem-solving skills Ability to convert leads into enrollments Preferred Experience in EdTech or educational institutes Familiarity with digital tools CRM software for counseling and lead management Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
