Job Title IT Sales CoordinatorJob Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing client accounts preparing quotations coordinating with vendors and ensuring smooth sales operations The role requires strong organizational skills IT product knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team in preparing quotations proposals and sales presentations Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing product details and delivery timelines Maintain and update the CRM ERP system with leads opportunities quotations and order status Track and follow up on sales orders invoices and payments Support account managers in handling client queries product availability and service requirements Prepare regular sales reports pipeline updates and performance tracking for management Coordinate with logistics and technical teams for timely order fulfillment and project execution Manage documentation related to sales contracts renewals and AMC Annual Maintenance Contract Ensure smooth communication between sales operations and finance teams Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month
