Job Requirements Roles Responsibilities Collect validate and organize process operating data from refinery and petrochemical units Analyze key process inputs including pressure temperature flow composition AIT flash point H S and ammonia concentration and other safety-critical parameters Support corrosion rate estimation and material degradation assessments for equipment piping and pipelines Work closely with process materials and reliability engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and clarity Understand technical summaries data sheets and engineering documentation as per workflow requirements Participate in review meetings and provide support to clients Work Experience Required Skills Technical Competency Strong understanding of refinery and petrochemical unit operations Analyze key process inputs including pressure temperature flow composition AIT flash point H S and ammonia concentration and other safety-critical parameters Support corrosion rate estimation and material degradation assessments for equipment piping and pipelines Ability to interpret P IDs PFDs datasheets and equipment design documents Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to handle and analyze large datasets Strong documentation communication and analytical skills Attention to detail and strong data discipline Team-oriented with positive coordination skills Ability to work under minimal supervision while delivering high-quality output Qualification Bachelor s degree from a recognized university in Chemical Engineering Minimum 4 years of work experience in any manufacturing facility Continuous process - Refinery Petrochemicals Fertilizers Chemicals background is preferred
