Job Title E-Commerce Operations Executive Location Kakkanad Kochi Employment Type Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and company platforms The role involves order management inventory coordination product listing reporting and ensuring seamless customer experience Key Responsibilities Order Management - Process and monitor online orders across multiple marketplaces Amazon Flipkart Shopify etc - Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery - Track returns replacements and cancellations Inventory Product Management - Coordinate on boarding of new products across the online platforms - Update and maintain accurate stock levels across platforms - Ensure product listings are updated with correct content images prices and offers - Monitor product visibility reviews and ratings on marketplaces Operations Coordination - Liaise with warehouse and supply chain teams to maintain smooth order flow - Coordinate with finance for payment reconciliation and settlement tracking - Handle vendor marketplace communications regarding account health and compliance Performance Monitoring Reporting - Track daily sales returns and operational KPIs - Prepare weekly monthly reports on sales inventory and operational performance - Identify process gaps and suggest improvements Customer Support Assistance - Work with the customer support team to resolve escalations - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by minimizing operational errors Key Skills Requirements Graduate in Business Administration Commerce or related field 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations marketplace handling Strong knowledge of online platforms Amazon Seller Central Flipkart Seller Hub Shopify etc Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets pivot tables VLOOKUP reporting Positive communication coordination and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 180 000 00 - 240 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
