We are looking for a proactive and motivated Field Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing interviewing and hiring candidates for frontline or field-based roles across various locations This role requires frequent travel community engagement and strong relationship-building skills Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements for field positions Source candidates through job fairs community events social media job boards referrals and local partnerships Conduct phone screenings in-person interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit Coordinate and attend hiring events walk-in interviews and campus recruitment Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in recruitment preferably in high-volume or field hiring Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Language English Preferred Work Location In person
