JOB DESCRIPTION Note Only candidates who are open to working anywhere in Pune should apply Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of experience along with a Bachelor s degree Roles and Responsibilities of a Planning Engineer Project Planning Scheduling Develop project baseline schedules using tools like MS Project Primavera Break down project scope into Work Breakdown Structure WBS Define activity sequences durations and resource requirements Monitoring Progress Control Track project progress against the baseline schedule Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports Identify slippages and delays and recommend corrective actions Resource Management Plan manpower materials and equipment requirements in line with the schedule Monitor resource utilization to avoid underuse or over-allocation Assist in material forecasting for procurement planning Cost Billing Budget Control Support project cost estimation and budgeting activities Prepare and verify client billing based on approved measurements and progress Check and certify sub-contractor billing against site records and work done Monitor cost versus progress and highlight potential overruns Prepare cash flow forecasts based on project schedules Coordination Communication Coordinate with project managers site engineers QS and other departments Liaise with clients and consultants for schedule updates and approvals Present progress updates and highlight risks to senior management Risk Management Identify schedule risks and prepare mitigation strategies Conduct delay analysis and provide Extension of Time EOT justifications when required Documentation Reporting Maintain updated project schedules billing logs and planning documentation Provide variance analysis Planned vs Actual progress Support preparation of project completion and closing reports Role Billing Planning Engineer Industry Type Engineering Construction Department Construction Site Engineering Employment Type Full Time Permanent Role Category Construction Engineering Education UG B Tech B E in Civil PG MTech in Civil Please Share your CV on WhatsApp No- 91 (phone hidden) HR Gaurav Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 13 959 97 - 53 494 66 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Experience Construction management 10 years Preferred Work Location In person
