We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our dynamic construction team You ll work closely with the Senior Engineer to ensure that daily operations on-site are carried out efficiently safely and according to quality standards Whether you re just starting your civil career or have some on-site experience this is a great chance to grow with a stable and supportive team Key Responsibilities Supervise daily activities at the construction site Follow instructions and work plans given by the Senior Engineer Monitor safety and quality compliance at all stages Maintain records of daily progress issues and labour usage Manage labour teams and ensure materials are used efficiently What We re Looking For Education Diploma in Civil Engineering or 10 2 Higher Secondary Skills Basic knowledge of construction processes Ability to coordinate with engineers workers and vendors Good communication and reporting skills Experience Prior site work experience is an added advantage but not mandatory Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Work Location In person
