Job Title Sales Head - EV Industry Department Sales Business Development Location Neta ji subhash place Reporting To CEO Managing Director Job Summary The Sales Head will lead the overall sales function for the Electric Vehicle EV business This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies expanding dealer networks driving revenue growth and positioning the company as a market leader in the EV industry Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals in the EV sector Lead mentor and manage the sales team to achieve monthly annual targets Identify new business opportunities including B2B institutional and government tenders Build and strengthen dealer distributor networks across regions Drive partnerships with fleet operators corporate clients and other stakeholders Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer insights to refine strategies Ensure compliance with pricing policies and brand positioning Collaborate with marketing product and operations teams to deliver customer-centric solutions Prepare sales forecasts budgets and periodic MIS reports for management review Key Skills Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills Proven track record in sales leadership roles preferably in EV automotive renewable sector Excellent negotiation communication and relationship-building skills Strategic mindset with ability to deliver results in a competitive market Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making ability Qualifications Experience MBA PGDM in Sales Marketing or Business Development preferred 10-15 years of experience in sales with at least 5 years in a leadership role Prior experience in automotive EV or allied industries will be an advantage Job Type Full time Pay 90 000 00 - 920 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund
