We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Student Counselor to guide students through the process of studying in the UK The ideal candidate will have expertise in UK university admissions banking procedures and be proficient in MS Office This role involves working closely with students parents and educational institutions to provide tailored advice and ensure a smooth admission process Responsibilities Student Counseling Offer personalized advice and support to students interested in studying in the UK Assist them in selecting the right courses and universities based on their academic achievements interests and career aspirations Tele Video Counseling Conduct counseling sessions via phone and video calls answering student and parent inquiries and addressing their concerns effectively Webinar Presentations Organize and present informative webinars on studying in the UK including details on university admissions available scholarships visa procedures and financial planning Application Assistance Guide students through the application process including help with completing forms crafting personal statements and ensuring timely document submission Follow-up Maintain ongoing communication with prospective students keeping them engaged and informed throughout the entire admissions process Market Research Stay current on trends and updates in UK education including university rankings course options and visa requirements ensuring students receive accurate and up-to-date information Documentation Keep detailed records of interactions with students and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted correctly and within deadlines Collaboration Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure a coordinated approach to student recruitment and maximize enrollment efforts Requirements Knowledge of UK Education In-depth understanding of the UK education system including popular courses university requirements and visa procedures Tele Video Counseling Skills Proven ability to conduct empathetic and effective counseling sessions over phone and video Webinar Presentation Skills Strong ability to create and deliver engaging presentations to large audiences including students and parents Communication Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex information to diverse audiences Interpersonal Skills A talent for building rapport with students and parents addressing their concerns and providing tailored advice Problem-Solving Skills Ability to identify and resolve student challenges and concerns with practical solutions Time Management Effective at managing multiple students and tasks simultaneously while ensuring timely follow-ups and support Qualifications Bachelor s degree in a relevant field such as Education Counseling or International Relations Prior experience in student counseling or a similar role is highly preferred Familiarity with UK university application processes including visa and bank procedures Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint We encourage candidates who possess the required experience and skills and are passionate about guiding students through the UK university admissions process to apply for this role Join Edbrows Study Abroad and be a part of our dynamic team Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
