Job Overview The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing analyzing and reporting organizational data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency This role involves maintaining databases preparing reports and ensuring data accuracy across various business functions Key Responsibilities Collect compile and analyze data from different departments Prepare daily weekly and monthly MIS reports for management Maintain and update databases spreadsheets and dashboards Generate ad hoc reports as required by business teams and leadership Identify trends variances and insights from data to support decision-making Ensure data accuracy integrity and confidentiality at all times Coordinate with internal teams to streamline data flow and reporting processes Assist in automation of reporting and process improvements Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration IT Statistics or a related field Proficiency in MS Excel advanced functions pivot tables macros and database tools SQL preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and presentation abilities Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Work days Monday - Saturday Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
