About BestIAm BestIAm is a trusted digital marketplace that empowers people to give next life to the appliances and electronics through buyback exchange reuse and recycle We promote sustainable living by reducing e-waste and creating value from pre-owned appliances Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Intern to join our team The candidate will be responsible for editing producing and optimizing video content for BestIAm s social media platforms including YouTube Instagram LinkedIn and Facebook The role requires both technical expertise and creative storytelling to communicate our brand message on sustainability reuse and recycling effectively Key Responsibilities Search clips images online and or raw footage from the team depending on the content and context Edit raw footage into engaging high-quality videos for YouTube Instagram LinkedIn and other platforms Create short-form content reels stories shorts and long-form videos aligned with BestIAm s brand message Add intros outros captions subtitles Hindi English graphics animations and transitions Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms e g aspect ratios 16 9 9 16 1 1 or as required Collaborate with the content and marketing team to align videos with campaign goals and storytelling formats Incorporate feedback from the creative team and deliver final outputs on time Maintain consistency in tone style and branding across all creatives Research social media trends and suggest creative video ideas to boost engagement Manage and organize video files projects and archives efficiently Ensure sound clarity background music and overall quality meet professional standards Required Skills Proficiency in video editing software Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro After Effects Capcut Filmora DaVinci Resolve or similar Solid knowledge of color correction sound design and motion graphics Ability to create engaging thumbnails and video teasers Experience in editing for social media formats YouTube Shorts Instagram Reels LinkedIn videos etc Basic graphic design skills Photoshop Canva Illustrator preferred Creativity in storytelling with attention to detail Good time management skills and ability to work under deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills Knowledge of trending formats hashtags and content strategies on social media Preferred Qualifications Undergraduate or Graduate in Bachelor s degree in Media Communication Film or related field preferred not mandatory Talent is mandatory not degrees certificates Fresher Experienced Both can apply Portfolio of previous work demonstrating editing motion graphics and storytelling ability Job Types Full-time Fresher Internship Contract length 8 months Pay From 5 000 00 per month Benefits Work from home Work Location Remote
