Position Summary This position helps to ensure that all the production processes which are established or under establishment are well documented displayed maintained and being used by the responsible person promptly accurately This position works with Industrial Engineering to understand the production processes and help generate relevant documents for production This also help generating production performance data for the analysis This position shall learn to understand the product technical requirement in order to contribute in the analysis of process quality failures Works closely with more senior staff on simple projects under close supervision and work reviewed frequently Works within well-established practices and clearly defined scope of work Plan within immediate assigned tasks and contributes to milestones Demonstrate initiative on moderate problem solving within assigned tasks Essential Duties and Responsibilities o Support and learn to create Update all production-related documents for new as well as existing manufacturing process o Monitor the correct prompt usage of production documents by the responsible people and report to management at defined interval o Review filled up production documents for its correctness and report to management in case of discrepancies o Learn to train the stakeholders for the understanding and correct use of the production documents o Support identifying root cause and contribute to investigation of permanent corrective actions for product quality issues o Support ensuring control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained o Learn to ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system TS16949 ISO9001 o Undertake special projects as required o Contribute to continuous improvement activities o Quality control of work by appropriate reviews o Support and participate in process improvement activities o Write straightforward reports and provide information to management o Be aware and work to achieve the Key Performance Indicators KPIs o Attend various meetings and action communicate instructions Education and or Work Experience Requirements o ME BE in Mechanical Automobile Production Electrical o Proficiency in MS office and able to analyze data o Work in a safe manner and comply with the Health Safety and Environmental Policies o Balanced and confident o Achievement Focused o Makes productive contributions o Team player with a positive effect on the mood o Consistently manages the task Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 14 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off
