We are looking for a production head with 8-10 Years experience in industries like Food Processing FMCG Manufacturing Key Responsibilities 1 Production Operations Management Oversee end-to-end plant operations to ensure smooth production flow Develop and implement production plans to meet daily weekly and monthly targets Monitor KPIs such as yield efficiency downtime and quality metrics Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and regulatory standards 2 Food Product Development Collaborate with R D and QA teams to support new product trials and scale-up Optimize recipes and processes for cost-effectiveness and quality consistency Stay updated on market trends and consumer preferences to guide innovation 3 Manpower Planning Team Leadership Plan and allocate manpower across shifts to maximize productivity Lead train and motivate production staff to maintain high performance Conduct regular performance reviews and skill development initiatives 4 Dispatch Logistics Coordination Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for timely dispatch of finished goods Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper documentation for dispatch activities Resolve bottlenecks in outbound logistics and improve turnaround times 5 Operational Excellence Continuous Improvement Implement lean manufacturing practices and drive cost reduction initiatives Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions Maintain SOPs and ensure adherence to ISO HACCP and other quality systems Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s Master s degree in Food Technology Mechanical Engineering or related field Proven experience in managing food production operations at a mid-to-large scale plant Strong leadership analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools Excellent communication and team management abilities Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 80 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
