to lead complex ERP and transformation programmes across multiple markets This role is central to driving change and integration enhancing business effectiveness and ensuring successful cross-market implementations The individual will be responsible for managing programme governance stakeholder engagement and delivery of high-impact projects within budget and timelines The role requires strong leadership strategic thinking and the ability to navigate a multicultural and virtual environment What you will do Lead and manage large-scale SAP transformation programmes across multiple markets Ensure scope cost schedule and contractual deliverables are met using robust planning tracking and risk management techniques Collaborate with system integrators Group and local market teams and central functions FinOps SCM BI IT to shape and execute programme delivery Establish governance processes and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure timely decision-making and issue resolution Drive detailed delivery of workstreams manage risks and escalations and report progress across the programme scope Influence senior stakeholders D and E band to facilitate smooth delivery and alignment with business needs Who you are Proven experience in managing complex global SAP implementations ideally with shared service centre integration Skilled in stakeholder management especially with senior business and external partners with diverse objectives Deep understanding of Vodafone s EVO delivery model and experience in multicultural project environments Strong project management capabilities including scoping budgeting resource management and delivery tracking SAFe certification desirable excellent communication and leadership skills essential Expertise in telecoms industry
