Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Site Supervisor cum Engineer to oversee the construction site operations ensure the implementation of engineering designs and manage the day-to-day activities of the site The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in civil engineering construction management and site supervision Key Responsibilities Site Supervision Oversee daily construction operations and ensure smooth execution of activities on-site Ensure adherence to project timelines quality standards and safety protocols Supervise labor and subcontractors to ensure efficiency and high-quality work Regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control Maintain effective communication with site staff project managers and clients Engineering Duties Coordinate with architects engineers and contractors for technical aspects of the project Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with engineering drawings plans and specifications Provide technical advice and resolve engineering issues on-site Conduct structural inspections and report on any discrepancies or challenges Ensure that the required materials are on-site manage material delivery and maintain stock levels Safety Compliance Implement safety protocols and ensure that all safety measures are followed by the workers Monitor compliance with local regulations safety standards and environmental guidelines Prepare safety reports and conduct safety meetings with the team Documentation Reporting Maintain records of site activities labor materials and progress Prepare regular reports on the status of the project issues and milestones Submit daily and weekly progress reports to the project manager or senior engineers Coordination Liaise with clients contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues Attend regular project meetings and provide updates in office progress Collaborate with engineers for technical inputs and modifications as required Qualifications Educational Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Experience 3-5 years of experience in construction site supervision and project engineering Experience in managing civil construction projects and site execution Skills Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering construction management and site operations Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to read and interpret construction plans blueprints and technical documents Good understanding of safety protocols and regulations Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with building construction industrial projects or infrastructure projects Knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software is a plus Certification in Safety Management or similar will be an advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person
