Developing treatment plans Based on the assessment you will develop a treatment plan that outlines goals and objectives to be achieved The plan may include behavior modification techniques counseling and other interventions Implementing interventions As a behavior therapist you will implement the interventions identified in the treatment plan This may involve working one-on-one with the child or in group settings depending on the child s needs Monitoring progress You will be responsible for monitoring the child s progress and adjusting the treatment plan as necessary You will need to collect data to track the child s behavior and evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions Collaborating with parents and caregivers You will work closely with parents caregivers and other professionals involved in the child s care such as teachers and social workers to ensure a coordinated approach to treatment Providing support and education You will provide support and education to parents and caregivers on how to reinforce positive behaviors and manage challenging behaviors at home Documenting and reporting You will need to keep detailed records of the child s progress and prepare reports for parents caregivers and other professionals involved in the child s care Job Types Full time Permanent Pay From 25 000 00 per month Experience total work 1 year Preferred Language Telugu Preferred Work Location In person
