Basware Apprentice Elevate is a structured apprenticeship initiative aligned with the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), a Government of India program aimed at building future-ready talent through real-time, hands-on learning.

Skills & Requirements

- Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in computer science/ Information Technology (B.Tech – CS/IT)
- Must be eligible under NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme)
- Should have no prior full-time work experience
- Available for 12 months full time apprenticeship
- Robust passion for learning, problem-solving, and innovation
- Must not be a current or former employee of Basware.
- Awareness of artificial intelligence concepts, tools, or applications is considered a strong asset.
