Inventive Institute of Technology is seeking a skilled and passionate AI Trainer to deliver high-quality training in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Data Analytics, and Python Programming.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise combined with the ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver practical, industry-oriented training. This role focuses on hands-on learning, real-time project guidance, and preparing students for real-world AI applications and job roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured training in Python programming, including OOP concepts, data structures, and scripting.
- Teach core Data Science concepts such as data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and statistical techniques.
- Provide hands-on training using NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Scikit-learn.
- Train students in Machine Learning algorithms including Regression, Classification, Clustering, and Model Evaluation techniques.
- Introduce Deep Learning fundamentals using TensorFlow or Keras.
- Cover essential AI concepts including supervised & unsupervised learning, neural networks, and basic NLP applications.
- Conduct sessions on Data Analytics, including SQL basics and data interpretation methods.
- Guide students in developing real-time projects such as predictive models,



classification systems, and business-oriented data solutions.
- Assist students in understanding model deployment basics and real-world implementation scenarios.
- Support students in interview preparation, including coding practices and problem-solving techniques.

Technical Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and statistical concepts.
- Hands-on experience working with real datasets and building models.
- Familiarity with data visualization and analysis tools.
- Knowledge of model evaluation metrics (Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1-score, ROC-AUC).
- Experience with Jupyter Notebook, Google Colab, or similar tools.
- Understanding of data cleaning and preprocessing techniques.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a explicit and structured manner.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in AI / Data Science (Teaching or Industry)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Ability to handle classroom training and practical sessions effectively
