Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and campus hiring.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely position closure.

Candidate Management

- Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Conduct reference and background verification coordination.

Offer & Onboarding

- Prepare offer letters and negotiate salary within approved budgets.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and document collection.
- Support onboarding, induction, and employee joining processes.




- Ensure all employee records are updated in the HRMS.

Recruitment Reporting

- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Track recruitment metrics such as:
- Open Positions
- Interview-to-Selection Ratio
- Offer Acceptance Rate
- Time to Hire
- Time to Fill
- Joining Ratio

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
- Solid negotiation and coordination skills.

Qualification

- MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW (HR), or any Bachelor's degree with HR specialization.

Experience

- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Freshers with excellent communication and strong recruitment interest may also apply.
