About the Role

Saltstayz is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to help shape the visual identity of our contemporary boutique hotels. You will be responsible for designing functional, aesthetic, and brand-aligned spaces that enhance guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and design interior spaces for hotel rooms, lobbies, and common areas
- Develop layouts, mood boards, and material selections aligned with brand aesthetics
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, and project teams for execution
- Oversee site work to ensure design quality and timelines are maintained
- Source furniture, fixtures,



and décor within budget

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in interior design (hospitality experience preferred)
- Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Strong sense of aesthetics, space planning, and material knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
